The consumer has the right to return the product in 10 working days. The ten working days count from the date of delivery (at the box or at the door) or shipment information (by phone, via message or notice door) by the transport company we work with.
If the product has been used, damaged or washed, the change will not be accepted. The same goes for handmade products and accessories. If any of them have been obviously abused, soiled or any of the accessories that make it up have been removed, (such as fasteners, metal elements and handles) the change will not be accepted. In case the consumer wants to change his product, he has to send it back with the transport company we work with (SPEEDEX). Shipping costs only for the first change burden the company. Any subsequent change after the first one burdens the consumer himself, except in the case of fault of the company (defective product, etc.) during re-shipment. The company is obliged to provide the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective, provided that the return has been made with the transport company we work with. In order to return the purchased product, the customer must ensure that: The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received, with the retail sales receipt and including the special markings of the product (cards). The return of the product must take place within the period of 10 calendar days from the date of reciept.
In case you want a refund instead of a product change, the Refund will be made by deposit in your bank account within 20 working days of the return of the products, in accordance with the above terms of return of the product status.
